bread cheese is my favorite

hey peeps! (I'm totally cool enough to say that. don't be jealous. it's an asian thing)
this is bred cheese. not cheese or bread, but both. okay not really. it's like crunchy cheese. wet crunchy. it feels funny in your teeth. and it's slightly sweet. but most importantly, it's delicious!
I guess some people eat it with jam, but I think it's best eaten just as it is

so I was thinking. and I came to the conclusion that Finland is somewhat of a cool country (I mean, just look at what we eat!)
so I decided to start this little segment where I will introduce/tell something about Finland. I'll call it Finn Bits (sooo catchy I know. but Fantastic Finland seemed a little long. and all the other ideas sucked)
of course most of the posts would be about food... but come on! who doesn't like food? I mean, everyone knows Italy wouldn't be anything without pasta (yeah Colosseum, I just said that)

so what do ya think! awesome possum? what the deuce? jump off a cliff?
