i saw your comment and heres the answer ;) yes, i have lost about 10 lbs since i began my blog. i was living out of the country in nicaragua and there was not an abundant supply of "healthy" foods, so when i began the blog i was a bit heavier than usual. because i began to eat better again (lighter meals, low fat cheese hehe) and also run regularly and go to the gym for weight lifting when i can, i lost the weight. the hardest part is making sure to cut down the amount of food per meal. i try to drink lots of water and never get "over full", just full enough! i hope that answered your question! :)
